A Muir Beach Community Services District, Measure B ballot proposal was on the February 5, 2008 ballot in Marin County, California, for voters in the Muir Beach Community Services District.

2/3rds of those voting had to vote "yes" for the measure to pass.

Measure B was approved. 81.% of those voting voted in its favor.

Measure B imposed a $200/parcel tax for four years for fire services.
