Municipal Electrical Aggregation Questions, 3 (March 2012)
Three Municipal Electrical Aggregation Questions were on the March 20, 2012 ballot in the designated areas which are in St. Clair County.
Two of the three measures were defeated[1]
These measures sought to allow for electrical aggregation allowing officials to negotiate lower rates for those residents who wanted to participate in the program.[2]
