The Nebraska International Law Amendment did not appear on the 2011 ballot in the state of Nebraska.
The measure would have prohibited Nebraska courts from using foreign laws in decisions. The measure was introduced to the Nebraska State Senate (Unicameral) by Mark Christensen on January 19, 2011.[1]
