February 2, 2010

LINCOLN, Nebraska: While President Barack Obama's State of the Union Address highlighted the issue of health care, many state legislatures have stressed the need to pass measures hoping to ban mandatory health care. Among those states hoping to pass a measure, potentially sending it before voters, is Nebraska. According to reports, the Nebraska Legislature will discuss the issue of health care in the coming week.[1]

In addition, Legislative committees in Idaho and Virginia endorsed their proposed measures recently while supporters held a rally at the Pennsylvania Capitol. Hearings on potential amendments were held in Georgia and Missouri.
