FOX 42 Omaha-OMAHA, NE-Federal prosecutors in Nebraska are preparing for voter fraud in the Cornhusker state next week.
U.S. Attorney Joe Stecher says his assistant Paul Boeshart will lead the efforts as part of the U.S. Justice Department's national Election Day Program to make sure the elections are conducted fairly, as well as investigate claims of voter.[1]
Boeshart has been appointed district election officer for the District of Nebraska. Stecher says Boeshart will be on duty Tuesday while the polls are open to ensure that allegations of fraud or abuses are sent to the right authorities. Stecher says the FBI will have agents available to field such allegations.[1]
