Nedonna Rural Fire District Levy Enactment Measure 29-121 (November 2009)
From Ballotpedia
The Nedonna Rural Fire District Levy Enactment Measure 29-121 appeared on the November 3 ballot in Tillamook County for the voters in the Nedonna Fire District.
The measure sought to enact a levy of 12 cents on local property in order to fund the fire facility. At the time there was a local option levy, but it expires on July 30 2010, so this tax, if approved, would be enacted as of July 1 2010. The fire district relies on this tax solely for its funding.[1]
