A Needles Sale of the Colorado Medical Center ballot proposition, Measure Q ballot question was on the June 8, 2010 ballot in the City of Needles in San Bernardino County, where it was approved.

Measure Q mandated that the hospital board and the city council sell the Colorado River Medical Center.
