A Needles Casino Vote, Measure H was on the November 4, 2008 ballot in San Bernardino County for voters in the City of Needles, where it was approved.

Measure H asked voters whether they were willing to approve the placement of a casino four miles west of Needles, on a 300-acre parcel of tribal land owned by the Fort Mojave Indian Tribe.

Yes: 1,063 (73.1%)
No: 391 (26.9%)

The language on the ballot said:

Do you approve of the placement of a casino by the Fort Mojave Indian Tribe on part of a 300 acre parcel of tribal land located approximately four and one-half miles west of the City of Needles and adjacent to Interstate 40?
