Nevada Supreme Court elections
There were three races for the Nevada Supreme Court in 2008; one unopposed and two contested. Justice Michael Cherry did not draw an opponent and was re-elected to Seat C. Incumbent Michael Douglas was elected to a full term on the court following a 2004 appointment. Nancy Saitta was elected to the court, to the seat vacated by Justice Bob Rose in 2006.
In Nevada, voters are given the option to select "None of these candidates" on the ballot.
