New Hampshire CACR 22, also known as the act to change the minimum age requirement for state senator from 30 to 25 years, was on the November 3, 1998 election ballot in New Hampshire. It was defeated, with 41.3% of voters in favor.

The language that appeared on the ballot:
Proposes an amendment to the constitution to provide that the minimum age requirement for state senator shall be changed from 30 to 25 years of age.
