The 10th Congressional District of New Jersey is a congressional district in New Jersey.

New Jersey's 10th congressional district is located in the northern portion of the state and parts of Essex, Union, and Hudson counties.[1]

The district previously contained all or portions of 3 counties, Essex, Union, Hudson counties, and 37 municipalities

The current representative of the 10th congressional district is Donald Payne Jr. (D).

The 10th congressional district of New Jersey held an election for the U.S. House of Representatives on November 6, 2012. Democrat Donald Payne Jr. won the election in the district.[2]

2010

On November 2, 2010, Donald Payne was re-elected to the United States House for a twelfth term. He defeated Michael J. Alonso (R), Robert Louis Toussaint (Action No Talk), and Joanne Miller (Agent of Change).[3]
