The New Jersey Business & Industry Association (NJBIA) was founded in 1910. Today, it is the "largest statewide employer association" with over 22,000 member companies. It engages in policy research and advocates on behalf of member interests in state government.[1]

Mission Statement:

"The New Jersey Business & Industry Association is an employer association providing information, services and advocacy for its member companies in order to build a more prosperous New Jersey."[2]
