Shall the City of New Melle be authorized to impose an additional real estate tax so that the maximum levy and the tax rate ceiling shall be set at $.50 cents per one hundred dollars of assessed valuation on all real, personal and other tangible property beginning in the 2013 tax year?[1][2]
