New Mexico Bond Question 4, also known as Bond Question D, appeared on the November 4, 2008 ballot in New Mexico, along with three other bond questions as part of the 2008 Capital Projects General Obligation Bond Act passed by the New Mexico State Legislature.
All four bond measures were approved by voters, and the total amount is $223,802,000 ($22.3 million).

Specific Provisions
Question 4 enacted the following provisions:
- Authorize the issuance and sale of higher educational and special schools capital improvement and acquisition bonds not to exceed $140,133,000.
- The funds would be for "certain higher educational and special schools capital improvements and acquisitions".
- Provide for a general property tax imposition and levy for the payment of principal of, interest on and expenses incurred in connection with the issuance of the bonds and for the collection of the tax as permitted by law.
