|“||A renewal of a tax for the benefit of the Village of New Washington for the purpose of providing and maintaining ambulance, rescue and emergency appliances and operation of the same by the fire department at a rate not exceeding 1 mill for each one dollar of valuation, which amounts to $0.10 for each one hundred dollars of valuation, for 3 years, commencing in 2013, first due in calendar year 2014.||”|
