The 28th congressional district will become obsolete for the 113th Congress in 2013 as congressional district lines get redrawn to accommodate the loss of the seat due to redistricting as a result of the 2010 Census.
2010
On November 2, 2010, Louise Slaughter was re-elected to the United States House for a thirteenth term. She defeated Jill A. Rowland (R also running on the Conservative Party ticket).[1]
