Moser earned his BA in Political Science from the University of South Dakota in 2006.
Moser was a Paraprofessional for Yankton Middle School from 2006 to 2007. He has worked as Director of Youth and Family Ministries for Trinity Lutheran Church since 2007. He is currently an Elementary School Tutor as well.
Moser joined the South Dakota State House of Representatives in 2009. He has served in that position since, representing the 18th District.
