Nick Nemec was a 2012 Democratic candidate for the South Dakota Public Utilities Commission.[1]

Nemec ran for the South Dakota Public Utilities Commission in 2012. He was nominated at the Democratic Party convention in June.[2] Nemec was defeated by Republican incumbent Chris Nelson in the general election on November 6, 2012.[1]
