Biography
Turner received her A.A. from Cuyahoga Community College. She later received her Bachelor's and Master's degrees from Cleveland State University. Turner is an Assistant Professor at Cuyahoga Community College. She was a Councilwoman for the City of Cleveland from 2006 to 2008.
