This measure sought to add to the current county levy by a rate of $.03 per $100 of assessed property value for a further five years in order to continue to pay for programs and services offered by the water and soil conservation district.[2]

Text of measure

The question on the ballot:

An additional tax for the benefit of Noble County for the purpose of PROGRAMS AND SERVICES OF THE NOBLE SOIL AND WATER CONSERVATION DISTRICT at a rate not exceeding three-tenths (0.3) mill for each one dollar of valuation, which amounts to three cents ($0.03) for each one hundred dollars of valuation, for five (5) years, commencing in 2012, first due in calendar year 2013.
