The question on the ballot:
|An additional tax for the benefit of Noble County for the purpose of PROGRAMS AND SERVICES OF THE NOBLE SOIL AND WATER CONSERVATION DISTRICT at a rate not exceeding three-tenths (0.3) mill for each one dollar of valuation, which amounts to three cents ($0.03) for each one hundred dollars of valuation, for five (5) years, commencing in 2012, first due in calendar year 2013.|
