Norman McAllister (b. September 3, 1951) is a Republican member of the Vermont State Senate, representing the Franklin District since 2013. He previously served in the Vermont House of Representatives, representing Franklin-6 from 2003 to 2013.

McAllister is a dairy farmer.

McAllister earned his AS in Agriculture Management from Vermont Technical College in 1971.
