Two Norman Township Ambulance and Fire Levy Renewal measures were on the August 3, 2010 ballot in the township of Norman, which is in Manistee County.

These measures were approved

  • YES 242 Approveda
  • NO 106[1]

The first measure sought to renew the current levy of $1 per $1,000 of assessed value, which helps pay for fire and ambulance services as well as equipping a new station. The levy will be renewed for a further two years.

The second measure sought to increase the $2 per $1,000 of assessed value levy which helps pay for fire services within the township and would also help build a new facility. The levy will be renewed for a further two years.[2]
