A North Carolina State Savings Fund Amendment did not make the 2012 ballot in North Carolina as a legislatively-referred constitutional amendment.

The measure would create a state savings account.^[1]

Text of measure

The proposed measure would ask voters:^[2]

Constitutional amendment to provide that a State Savings Account shall be established in the State treasury.
