The North Dakota State Athletic Commission Initiative was on the March 16, 1920 ballot in North Dakota as an initiated state statute, where it was defeated.[1] The measure would have created a state Athletic Commission to regulate boxing. Ten percent of the boxing gate receipts would have been allocated for the state highway fund.[2]
