The North Dakota Wagering on Horse Races Initiative, also known as Number 2, was on the November 5, 1968 ballot in North Dakota as an initiated state statute, where it was defeated.[1] The measure would have permitted betting on certain horse races and established a tax system for the revenues of such gambling.[2][3]
