The North Dakota Wagering on Horse Races Initiative, also known as Number 2, was on the November 5, 1968 ballot in North Dakota as a initiated state statute, where it was defeated.[1] The measure would have permitted betting on certain horse races and established a tax system for the revenues of such gambling.[2][3]
