North Dakota Business Corporations Amendment (

legislatively-referred constitutional amendment, where it was
approved.

HR-3055 amended the North Dakota Constitution by removing outdated or unnecessary provisions relating to business corporations. The act also authorized the North Dakota State Legislature to provide by law for regulation of corporations.
