North Dakota's Relating to the taxable status of land held for conservation or wildlife purposes is a legislatively-referred constitutional amendment that was adopted and placed on the ballot by the 2001 Legislative Assembly and would amend Article X, Section 5 of the North Dakota Constitution. The measure would eliminate the property tax exemption for land set aside for conservation or wildlife purposes unless otherwise provided by the legislative assembly. (1162)

This measure was defeated with only 26.7% voting yes.
