The North Dakota Diversion of State Highway Construction Funds Initiative was on the July 11, 1939 ballot in North Dakota as an initiated state statute, where it was defeated. The measure would have diverted state gasoline and vehicle tax from highway construction to state old age assistance fund for two years.
