The North Dakota Four Cent Gasoline Tax Initiative was on the June 25, 1930 ballot in North Dakota as an initiated state statute, where it was defeated.[1] The measure would have increased the state gasoline tax from two to four cents with three cents to go to the state highway fund and one cent to the County highway funds.[2]

Text of measure
