The North Dakota Graduated Land Tax Initiative, also known as Permitting a Graduated Land Tax and Classification of Property, was on the June 30, 1942 ballot in North Dakota as an initiated constitutional amendment, where it was defeated.[1] The measure would have permitted enacting a graduated land tax on farms in excess of $15,000 valuation.[2]
