The North Dakota Workers' Compensation Initiative, also known as Measure 7, was on the June 11, 1996 ballot in North Dakota as an initiated state statute, where it was defeated. The measure would have affected 34 sections of Workers' Compensation laws including attorney fees, rehabilitation, payment of claims and other matters.[1][2]
