The North Dakota Lieutenant Governor Duties Referendum, also known as Measure 1, was on the June 11, 1996 ballot in North Dakota as a legislatively-referred constitutional amendment, where it was defeated. The measure related to the duties of the Lieutenant Governor.[1]
