The North Dakota Lieutenant Governor is a political office in North Dakota. The lieutenant governor's duty is to preside as president of the state Senate, and is responsible for legislative relations, the state budget and agri-business development. The governor and lieutenant governor are elected together on a joint ballot and are of the same party.
The current officeholder is Jack Dalrymple.

- must be at least 30 years old
- must have been a resident of North Carolina for at least 5 years
