The North Dakota Alcohol Sales Hours Initiative, also known as Initiative 3, was on the November 4, 1952 ballot in North Dakota as an initiated state statute, where it was defeated.[1] The measure would have set the hours of operation of liquor establishments between 8 a.m. and 10:30 p.m.[2]
