The North Dakota Public Funds in State Treasury Initiative was on the June 28, 1938 ballot in North Dakota as an initiated constitutional amendment, where it was approved. It passed with over 90 percent in favor of the measure.[1]

The measure clarified which public bonds were to be deposited in the state Treasury for appropriation for which moneys are to be kept in trust.[2]
