North Dakota Deposit of Public Funds Initiative (1920)

The North Dakota Deposit of Public Funds Initiative, also known as Public Funds Initiative, was on the November 2, 1920 ballot in North Dakota as an initiated state statute, where it was approved.[1] The measure provided that all state, county, township, municipal and school district funds and all penal, educational and industrial institutions to be deposited in the Bank of North Dakota. It also omitted a requirement that all local public funds be deposited in the Bank of North Dakota.[2]
