The North Dakota Agricultural College Name Change Initiative, also known as Amendment 3, was on the November 8, 1960 ballot in North Dakota as an initiated constitutional amendment, where it was approved.[1] The measure changed the name of the North Dakota Agricultural College to the North Dakota State University of Agriculture and Applied Sciences.[2][3]
