A North Edwards District parcel tax, Measure H was on the November 2, 2010 ballot for voters in the North Edwards Water District in Kern County. It was defeated.

Measure H proposed a parcel tax of $50 per lot or parcel in the district for four years, starting on July 1, 2012.
