North Fillmore general plan, Measure I, 2008

Measure I, or the North Fillmore general plan proposition will appear on the November 4, 2008 ballot in Ventura County, California for voters in North Fillmore.

The question at hand is, "Shall the City of Fillmore’s General Plan be amended to create a North Fillmore Specific Plan area with a density of 1-5 units per acre with a maximum of 350 dwelling units permitted for the entire 101 acres, including a 10-acre park, where existing industrial uses within the area would be allowed to continue, expand or be modified?"

Measure I was approved with 56.71% of the vote.
