ZONING ORDINANCE– THE ZONING PLAN WILL DIVIDE THE AREA OF THE NORTHWEST WATER DISTRICT INTO ZONES TO PRESCRIBE THE LOCATION, ERECTION, RECONSTRUCTION, ALTERATION, AND USE OF BUILDINGS, STRUCTURES AND LAND FOR RESIDENTIAL, BUSINESS, MANUFACTURING, AND OTHER SPECIFIED USES.[3]
