Novinger City Collector Election Question (April 2012)
A Novinger City Collector Election Question was on the April 3, 2012 ballot in the city of Novinger which is in Adair County.
This measure was approved[1]
This measure sought to allow the position of Collector to be hired by the city council, currently the elected. City officials noted that having the position hired allows for more diverse candidates as well as potential office holders from outside the city.[2]
