A O'Fallon City Sewage Bond Measure will be on the April 5, 2011 ballot in the city of O'Fallon, which is in St. Charles County.

This measure seeks to create a bond in the amount of $105 million in order to help pay for sewer upgrades including meeting sewage standards as set out by the federal government and upgrading system technologies. City officials noted that the sewer system has to be upgraded no matter what but approving a bond now would mean lower interest rates for residents as well as being eligible for funds from the state. Local sewage bills would increase, but not by a large amount which city official state is a small price to pay for needed upgrades.[1]
