Two Oaks & Oakview Village Fire Levy Continuation measures was on the April 3, 2012 ballot in the villages of Oaks and Oakview which are in Clay County.

Both measures were approved

The Oaks measure sought to renew the current fire levy which is set at a rate of $.30 per $100 of assessed value for a further two years in order to continue to pay for fire protection services in the villages.

Oaks Village measure: Shall the Village of Oaks continue to collect a levy of 30 cents per $100 assessed valuation for fire fighting services for two years?

Oakview Village measure: Shall the Village of Oakview continue to collect a levy of 30 cents per $100 assessed valuation for firefighting and ambulance services for four years?
