The question on the ballot:

A renewal of a tax for the benefit of the Oakwood City School District for the purpose of MAKING PERMANENT IMPROVEMENTS FOR THE SCHOOL DISTRICT, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO REPAIRING, REBUILDING, MAINTAINING AND EQUIPPING BUILDINGS, STRUCTURES, EQUIPMENT, AND GROUNDS AND PROVIDING OTHER IMPROVEMENTS at a rate not exceeding 1.8 mills for each one dollar of valuation, which amounts to $0.18 for each one hundred dollars of valuation, for 5 years, commencing in 2012, first due in calendar year 2013.
