Ohio Bonds for Veterans (1973)

The Bonds for Veterans Act, also identified as Ohio Issue 4 was a measure regarding bonds for a veterans bonus for Vietnam. It appeared on the 1973 ballot in Ohio.

This ballot measure was referred to the ballot by the Ohio State Legislature.

It passed, with 71.8% of voters in favor.

Text of the proposal

To authorize the issuance of bonds or notes to provide a veterans bonus for Vietnam and other military service (Art. VIII, Sec. 2j)[1]
