The Ohio Charity Bingo Amendment, also known as Issue 9, appeared on the November 4, 1975 ballot in Ohio as a legislatively-referred constitutional amendment, where it was approved.[1] This amendment allows for the operation of bingo by charitable organizations for charitable purposes.
