The Ohio Expand Public Infrastructure Amendment appeared on the November 7, 1995 ballot in Ohio as a legislatively-referred constitutional amendment proposed by the Ohio State Legislature as an amendment to the Ohio Constitution. It was listed on the ballot as Issue 2.

It authorized "the issuance of bonds for public infrastructure capital improvements."
