Ohio Initiated Issue 1 was on the November 2, 1926 ballot in Ohio as an initiated constitutional amendment, where it was defeated.

Issue 1 would have eliminated Ohio's compulsory primary.

It would have amended Section 7 of Article V (and added a new subsection 8 to Article V) of the Ohio Constitution.
