Ohio Initiated Issue 2 was on the November 4, 1919 ballot in Ohio as an initiated constitutional amendment, where it was defeated.

Initiated Issue 2 was a measure to repeal statewide prohibition. It would have amended Section 9 of Article XV of the Ohio Constitution.
