Ohio Issue No. 1 was on the November 6, 1928 ballot in Ohio as an initiated constitutional amendment, where it was defeated.

If Issue 1 had been approved, it would have amended Section 14 of Article IV of the Ohio Constitution so as to "equalize the compensation of judges".
